Wall-E
Wall-E apparently managed to cover the three issues the world is so concerned about currently.
1. We are destroying the world through our self-indulgence.
2. We are all dying of obesity and diabetes from our unhealthy lifestyles.
3. We are so dependent on technology we can't function without it.
Wall-E didn't really provide answers though. They go back to Earth but I'm pretty sure most of those people would die without the spaceship to care for them.
I think the real message of the movie is "love conquers all". Wall-E and Eva save the human race and show them that Earth is redeemable. So we will be saved by our own inventions? Actually I'm not surprised. People do seem to think our technology will simultaneously save us and destroy us.

Inspirational message: Don't follow your dreams.
Both Carl and Russell fulfill their dreams but what actually makes them happy is that they take care of each other. Also Dug and Kevin are adorable. And it's an anti-hunting movie.
Actually it's Wall-E part 2. Children and the elderly are abused and neglected by the people who should be taking care of them. Probably because their family members are too busy social networking to remember that they exist.
Carl and Russell are unlikely heroes. They start the movie as lonely people but by the end of the movie they haved saved Kevin (and her babies) and Dug and found a friend. And they are ready for new adventures.
